Six-week Bootcamp - Intensive Group training program including nutrition counselling - from € 630 per person
Bootcamp exercises tailored to your needs:
Push-ups, lunges, squats, core stabilization, jumping- and running exercises, staircase running, ... based on various training levels.
Bootcamp Personal Training improves your physical fitness

Exclusive group training program for six to ten people, whose common goal is to reduce weight and fat. After six weeks your body will have changed in a positive way. Teambuilding and motivation will help to get through the low points of the training.
This training program (4x Training + 1x nutrition counselling per week) is adapted to the group and the weather conditions.
Friends, employees of companies, incentives can build their own individual closed group and use their workout to reduce their weight and fat.
