Boot Camp Personal Training
Bootcamp beginners learn basic exercises up to an advanced level of performance.

Individual training, in which you learn the basics step by step.The goal of this training is to improve your performance, get to know your body and to get in shape.
The program is tailored to your individual ability, your condition on each single day as well as the wheather conditions.
The surrounding area and the terrain (e.g. Danube Island / Danube Park) are incorporated in your workout.
Individual appointments, based on availability.
Bootcamp basic exercises on a beginner level.
You learn how to do: push-ups, lunges, squats, core stabilization, jumping- and running exercises, with a lot of motivation and fun.
Bootcamp Personal Training provably strengthens your body and improves your physical fitness
Condition, muscle tightening, tissue tightening, coordination, stabilization, strength endurance, strength.
- Level of training:
- Beginner to advanced
- Everywhere or via Skype
- From 3.45 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
- Training session:
- 60 to 90 minutes
- Regularly, once to seven times a week
- On request
- Monthly or a block of 10 training session
