Individual training, in which you practice the basic exercise on the highest level of performance.
We guide you through the training program with a drill and we will push you to your limits.
The training program is tailored to your ability, your condition on each day as well as the weather conditions.
The surrounding area and the terrain (e.g. Danube Island / Danube Park) are incorporated in your workout.
That way the training continues to be exciting and challenging!
Individual appointments, based on availability.
Very demanding training with variations in terms of strength and frequency:
Push-ups, lunges, squats, core stabilization, jumping- and runnings exercises.
Consecutive exercises with multiple repetition.
Bootcamp eXtreme provably strengthens your body and improve your physical fitness
Strength endurance, power, muscle build-up, coordination, speed, stabilization, condition
Individual appointment, based on availability.

- From 3.45 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
- Training session:
- 90 to 120 minutes
- Regularly once to seven times a week
- On request
- Monthly or a block of 10 training sessions
