Bootcamp exercises adapted to your fitness:
Push-ups, lunges, squats, core stabilization, jumping- and running exercises, staircase workout, ... for every level.
Bootcamp Personal Training provably strengthens your body and improves your physical fitness
Reduction of body fat, muscle activation and build-up, body tightening, improved fitness, improved body posture, increase of physical performance.
Level of Training:
- Beginner to professional
- Everywhere or via Skype
- From 3.45 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
- Training session:
- 60 minutes
- 5 times per week, 5 weeks in total
- For 1 Person: € 2,580 incl. 20% MwSt. (excl. travel expenses). The second person pays only 60% (= € 1,548)
As a bonus, this program includes nutrition plan worth € 480,-, tailored to your needs.
- Bank transfer prior to the beginning of the training
Personal Training for one to two people, who would like to reach the same goal. After five weeks your body will have changed in a positive way.
The training is adapted to your individual capabiliites, your condition on this particular day as well as the weather conditions.We guide you through this program with motivation and a lot of fun.
