Even better is a bigger screen on an IPad, laptop or your TV - based on your possibilities.
I will show you the exercises on screen and check, correct and motivate during your exercises.
No matter, if beginner or professional, anyone can be trained via Skype. .
The process is the same, just as in real life - dynamic exercises acoompanied by laughter and sweat.
Together, we will complete this 60 to 120 minutes power training - adapted to the local conditions.
