The training for the Police Fitness Test provably improves your physical fitness 

Muscle build-up, fitness, body posture, physical performance.

Individual appointment, based on availability. 

Level of Training:
Beginner to professional
From 6 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Training session:
60 to 90 minutes
Regularly, three to seven times per week

Seize the opportunity!

Jürgen Brandner is an active member of the special unit WEGA and therefore the best to train with if you want to learn martial art and how to defend yourself. You will have a private training session (or possibly with one more person) to prepare you for the physical test by the Austrian Police. He will give you a lot of useful tips and tricks that will help you to improve your physical performance and to perform well during the test. This training program is very flexible and adapted to your individual capabilities as well as your fitness on this particular day and the weather conditions.

Free and non-binding interview with anamnesis - health questions and definition of goals. Duration: approx. 60 minutes.
