This Hardcore Boot Camp group training by Alex Bulla is offered for closed groups.
It is suitable for friends, work colleagues or sports teams, who want to undertake this rigorous programme as a group and achieve their potential in physical and mental performance. All trainees need an advanced and equal level of performance, as this training is very demanding.
Successive exercises are completed in multiple sequences and with short breaks. The training sessions last 90 to 120 minutes. These high demands increase the group dynamics through competition. With this outdoor training we integrate the terrain (e.g. Danube Island / Danube Park) into the boot camp workout to ensure an exciting and challenging program!
