Bootcamp Hardcore Training for a maximum of 2 people who want to achieve a high-performance goal. After 6 weeks your body will have changed demonstrably and positively. You will be able to look back mentally strengthened on any periods you found particularly tough.
The training program will be adapted to your personal abilities, fitness level, and weather conditions.
We take you to your physical and psychological limits through intensive drill and motivation, enabling you to achieve a previously-unimagined level of performance.
The 6-week program includes 24 - 30 units of 60 to 90 minutes each.
