Personal training programs, using basic boot camp exercises at a high-performance level. We guide you through the program with many drills and encourage you to test your limits. This hardcore training is a must for every advanced athlete. The training program will be adapted to your personal abilities and fitness level, in addition to weather conditions. A varied terrain is part of the training and integrated into the workout (e.g. Danube Island / Danube Park) to ensure an exciting and challenging program! A training session lasts 90 to 120 minutes. Individual appointments according to availability.
