Hardcore Boot Camp Training Vienna

Looking to achieve your peak physical condition? You've come to the right place! The hardcore drill, strength and endurance training program developed by Alex Bulla is the challenge for you.
This program is perfect if you have already reached an advanced training level and now want to aim for your limits.

Hardcore Boot Camp Training with Drill is not suitable for beginners!

A maximum of two people maximum train per session. Intensive sports and nutritional support guarantee you the best training results.

It’s also incredibly flexible, with early risers, night owls, and those working full-time all catered for. Possible training times range from 3:45 in the early morning to 9:00 in the evening.

Bootcamp - High Intensity Training

Bootcamp by Alex Bulla achieves optimum results through training more frequently than once a week and for an extended period of time.
Training sessions last 90 or 120 minutes, and include

  • Stair run / cross-country run / jumps
  • Push-ups / lunging steps / knee bends / pull-ups

Exercises are varied and make use of your own body weight and the opportunities and challenges of the outdoor terrain.
